We built our paddles Razor to perform, but we also built Skyblade to have your back when life gets messy. Here’s how:

 

🛡️ 2-Year Standard Warranty

Your Razor is covered for delamination, core crush, handle breaks, and edge guard issues for 24 months. If it fails, we fix it or replace it.


🗓 60-Day “Borrow It” Trial

Try the Razor in real games. If it’s not the paddle for you, return it within 21 days for a full refund (we cover return shipping).
After day 21 and up to day 40, returns receive a 50% refund. Returns received between day 41 and day 60 receive a 25% refund. Items must be returned in reasonable condition; we reserve the right to inspect returns. Customer pays return shipping (we’ll provide an easy prepaid label and deduct the cost from the refund).

🏆 Tournament Rescue

If your paddle cracks or fails during a tournament, Skyblade steps in:

  • Overnight you a replacement or

  • Refund your entry fee (up to $50).

We don’t let bad luck ruin your match.


💥 One-Time “Oops Forgiveness”

Smash it on the court. Leave it in a hot car. Drop it wrong. Accidents happen.
Within 60 days, you get 50% off a replacement Razor.


✈️ Airline Loss Credit

If the airline loses your bag and your Razor with it, we’ll give you a $50 credit toward a new paddle — plus expedited free shipping to get you back on the court.
