Skyblade Pickleball Terms of Service

Welcome to Skyblade Pickleball. By using this website, purchasing our products, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Skyblade Pickleball LLC (“Skyblade,” “we,” “our,” “us”). When you purchase from us, you are entering into a direct sales agreement with Skyblade, not Shopify or any other platform provider.

2. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.

  • There is no minimum age to purchase products, but if you’re under 18 you should have a parent or guardian’s permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the site, hack it, upload malware, harass others, or use it for illegal purposes.

  • All content (logos, product images, text, designs) is owned by Skyblade Pickleball and may not be copied without permission.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or abuse).

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, and discounts are calculated at checkout.

  • If a product is mistakenly listed at the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Product Accuracy

  • We make every effort to display our paddles and gear accurately. However, we cannot guarantee colors or materials will appear exactly the same on all screens or devices.

  • We may update product descriptions, specs, or availability without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

  • Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is accepted by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • 0–30 Days: Full refund if paddle is returned in good condition.

  • 31–60 Days: 50% refund if paddle is returned in resaleable condition. Customer covers return shipping. Limit one 50% return per customer.

  • After 60 Days: No refunds, except under warranty.

  • Tournament Rescue & Other Programs: Subject to separate posted terms.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items may be inspected before refund.

7. Warranty

  • All paddles carry a limited 2-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

  • Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and product photos.

8. Feedback & User Content

  • If you send us reviews, testimonials, suggestions, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit, and publish them without compensation.

  • We are not obligated to maintain feedback in confidence or to respond.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our site may include third-party services (e.g., payment processors, embedded media). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

  • Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or our products to:

  • Break laws or violate regulations.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Harass, abuse, or defame others.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Engage in spam, phishing, or scraping.

  • Circumvent security features.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Skyblade Pickleball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost tournaments, entry fees, injuries, etc.).

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

  • Products are sold “as is” except where covered by warranty.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skyblade Pickleball harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Michigan.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the new version.
